Nah, you likely would be fitting 100% of the bill without a dashcam. I got t-boned and the guy was so sorry and admitted fault and that he couldn't stop in time at the stop sign. Admitted fault to the officer and everything. Officer said he was busy and didn't have time to do a police report or even accident report, he said it was so clear cut that the other guy was at fault that insurance would work it out.

Well, when insurance got involved the guy changed his story and admitted 0 fault. My claim got denied and I got a totaled car because the guy who hit me was a complete piece of shit. Irony is that he is CEO of a commercial insurance company.
