Firstly, women with baby face are the most attractive girls because baby face is a very feminine feature. A very sharp jawline or a structured face looks masculine.

Guys find girls pretty but whether they compliment girls depends on other things.

Sometimes guys don't compliment a really hot girl because they think it'll boost her ego and make them look like a despo. I mean guys wanna act like they've already been there and standing next to a hot girl is not new. This is esp true if a guy comments on a really hot pic but says about anything other than your appearance.

Guys also compliment on girls that are slutty but those guys are also kinda f boys (no offence).

Most importantly 99% of guys don't have the balls to compliment. So trust me show that you are a friendly person, approachable, and easy to talk. Another thing wear a hot outfit and i bet you will get compliments. These two things (approachability +outfit) will 100% get you compliments. Mostly guys are easily turned on by a girls body. Most guys who compliment girls, compliment them because their outfit looks hot not cus of their face (or like mainly it's the outfit).
