To be a refugee means you've already been screened many times by many organizations including the UN High Commission on Refugees, the State Department, The FBI, Homeland Security, NSA (which is our primary intelligence agency post cold war, not the CIA who gets nearly 1/10th the NSA's budget), then you have an in person interview with a member of US Customs.
I am well aware of how the process works. Unfortunately, as I already covered, the FBI director has testified to congress that we cannot background check the refugees of concern for this issue.

That's not what I'm unconvinced of. I'm unconvinced of the repeated argument that the US acting to restrict Muslims from entering the country will somehow incite Islamic terrorists to reach a level greater than they already are.
