I’m sorry to hear you’re feeling like that. That can’t be nice for you at all. Tell me a bit more about the thoughts you’re having - you might not be able to understand WHY you’re feeling he way you do, but maybe get an idea of what you’re thinking about the whole thing.

Are you still speaking to the person? It is a lot of firsts in one go, so I wouldn’t be surprised if you feel overwhelmed.

When I was younger, I was groomed by a guy that was older than me. (I’m not saying this is what happened to you, I’m just trying to give you an example here.). I had never kissed a boy or had any sexual encounters with anyone. It did kinda mess me up in the head a little bit. Don’t get me wrong, I was emotionally fragile anyway, but there are hormones released in those kinds of activities and they’re different for men and women/male and female, and they do generate different responses.
