With the tax Yleisradio - YLE (like BBC) offers one TV channel (YLE Fem, = channel 5) with Swedish language and two radio channels: Yle Vega (for adults) and X3M (Teens and young adults). There are also news service in internet for swedish speakers and internet site for kids. It is private company called Digita what offers antenna tv broadcasting in Finland but situation is bit different in Åland. On there it is Ålands Radio och TV Ab what does that. Ålands Radio och TV Ab broadcasts Yle 1 Yle 2 and Yle fem and some 1 and 2 programs have additional soundtrack with Swedish language (sports for example) and some programs have Swedish subtitles as an option. This same works in other way round - for example Olympics offers multiple sports events in both channels in both languages

I am not sure about the Swedish antenna TV visibility in Åland. If I remember correctly some news times ago said that Ålanders asked from some Swedish TV channels to add Åland to their weather forecast so it is highly possible that they have some visibility for Swedish TV, at least on the main island.

This is all because Åland is autonomous region within Finland, with one seat in Parliament of Finland. They got separate government and Goverment of Finland uses only foreign policy over the Åland and have a obligation to defend Åland against the external threats. Finland doesn't have any forces on Åland on peacetime and Ålanders doesn't have to go Finnish conscript army but if they wish they can volunteer for Swedish speaking garrison Dragsvik.

Anyway the Ålanders are only minority of Swedish speaking Finns, this map shows the areas where the Swedish speaking people live, key in data text of map and that map how much there are Swedish speakers in total - separated by old regions.
