These are some scummy people. But this is a dangerous slippery slope. There is in effect limited space on the internet, because a few large isps control all the directories of the internet. You could effectively have private companies shut off the internet completely to an unpopular viewpoint. It's not like going onto company property and shouting your ideas at the top of your lungs.

It's more akin to the government selling all the public spaces, sidewalks and town centers to private companies and then letting the private companies tell you what you can say. It's a monopoly. So no one cares when repugnant nazis lose their space but let's be real. The internet is the modern day public square and soap box. It should belong to everyone.

Icann should have never been privatized.
