How Did You Know You Wanted to be a Parent?

It was just something I knew always wanted. I always felt it in my heart that it was something I hoped to have one day. I’m pregnant with my second and couldn’t be happier. I also always thought how I didn’t want any regrets. I knew I’d always wonder ‘what if’ if I never had babies.

I just want to add that I, too, can buy anything I want, take vacations every year, and hang out with my dog - even with a child haha. Those things have to do with being financially sound, not offspring! I bring the in-laws on our vacations and personally I don’t think our kid is that expensive. I breastfed and work from myself (CPA) so it worked out well. Not everyone has that type of life though. I know how fortunate I am.
