How do you keep clean?

That!

And same, my mother didn't teach me much either. I read a lot and learnt it myself (f21)

Wash your private area twice a day. There are days when the smell is very strong and pungent-ish so I use 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar in 500ml water to wash it.

Everytime, before washing my hair, I oil them and let it stay for 3-6 hours depending on the time I have or I let it stay over night. Works really good. Hair feel better and I don't need to use the conditioners.

I'm currently studying and staying in a hostel so, I change my sheets once in every 2 weeks.

Exfoliate on the weekends, usually or twice sometimes, with the pumice stone or coffee and coconut oil scrub. . And, I use salicylic acid ointment at night to keep my skin clean. Wash it off in the morning. Now I've switched to lactic acid with tretinoin gel.

I use lemon and sugar to scrub my face.i usually Wash my face thrice (max) with the facewash and other times with just water. (I have oily skin)

Hair removal - as required but usually every month. (Waxing not shaving tho, but whatever seems convenient and better to you )

Haircut once in every three months, usually trimming as the hair tend to develop split ends.

Clean your ears daily and clip and file your nails regularly.
