How's it feel being a dude on Reddit?

I'm not a guy, but just wanted to tell the guys on here that if a woman is telling you you're being mysgonistic / sexist you need to listen and consider why someone would say that. I'm sure sometimes it's an empty insult, but there is probably a grain of truth to it and you should examine your words.

I had some user basically hound me after I corrected a random comment where they assumed I was a guy bc I did electrical engineering, (ironically) told me I was looking to stir up a fight, telling me I was a stuck up pig etc... Read his comments and they were strewn with unbridled sexist comments about how women had it easy because they were a minority in engineering (let me tell you it's the exact opposite most of the time). I asked him why he was being a sexist and harassing me and he went into a denial attack mode telling me everything he said was true and in no way sexist.
