I don't get it. About two years ago my card details got stolen. Am 99% sure it was after using a dodgy card reader on a trip to London, based on the locations of the transactions.
I could see stuff like 'justeat' and 'debenhams delivery' on my balance, but when I reported all this stuff to my bank they refused to tell me the address the deliveries were being sent to. I live in the UK and I've no idea if that has anything to do with it.
I was reeling. They had access to the address that the thieves were using to send to stuff bought with my card - but the bank protected them. For what? They didn't want me to go all vigilante on their arses? I still don't know.
