Look your best and talk to people if your into guys it should be easy if you want a woman well you will probably have to put in alot of effort theres really only two approaches online or IRL,Online will widen your net and basically works autonomously but maybe only %10 of guys will be succesfull there I have a friend that's succesfull OLD everyone says he's a 10 and he gets lots of girls but I haven't even seen him get anything better than a 6 OLD and they have all been problems emotional probems mental illness the whole gambit.

IRL is probably going to give you the best results but it requires you to actually approach a random strange woman shoot your shot pray she doesn't scream call the cops and tell them she's being harasement by some creep and proceed to take photos of you to post all over social Media...Thats if she diesnt use mace pepper spray and wonder woman doesn't swoop in to break a few if your ribs.
