When they ask you why you want to work for their company break it down into three categories (but make sure you actually believe in them).
The 3 I always mention is culture, the company’s vision, and their product in that order. These are the 3 characteristics of a company that I refuse to budge on. Yours may be different than mine.
Do your research on all 3 categories and then give a brief description about why you like each of the 3 categories you mentioned.
This shows you can give them an organized presentation (which is obviously important in sales) of why you like the company.
This shows them that you’ve actually done more research than just looking at their mission statement.
Finally, this gives YOU more insight into their company and will help you feel confident that they’re either the right company for you or the wrong company for you.
