Its ironic how Jesus showed miracles to his disciples to make them believe in god, but want us to believe him just like that.

I personally think there probably was a 'Jesus' person at some point who had maybe had 'super powers' such as the ability to heal things or change things with the power of his mind.

But the 'son of God' part got added after he was accused of being a heretic/witch/wizard and thus it all got out of hand and the religious controllers of the time realised they needed to incorporate him in order to secure their power. Ultimately realising that his death could be the only way they benefit.

Given the huge scope of human DNA I like the believe that at least one or two throughout history have had power of metaphysical nature, although I have nothing to back it with proof wise other than conjecture. But I have seen things myself which defy belief or explanation given our current understandings of science. Back then a miracle' really would've been able to procured by someone of average knowledge today also.

Cure leprosy? Sure, let me just touch you with my hands which naturally (for one reason or another) are coated in Rifampicin... And we're done.

Turn water into wine? Here's some empty cloudy bottles that look as if they contain water, and here they are filling from the bottom with wine. Cool party trick huh?

And for my final trick I'm going to die and never come back, which is totally like everyone else, but mines different because some people are going to say I came back briefly before never ever showing my face again.

Everything feels just so explainable, by someone who had just superior intellect and possibly a master of insight into the human body and psyche combined with the lack of decency and knowledge of the time.

Even time traveller is more plausible than son of God.
