I have PTSD, and agoraphobia, but I have the awareness to plan the best time/day when businesses tend to be slow to go out. I also never go anywhere without a trusted companion. I also suffer from hyper-awareness while out in public, I'm constantly aware of the 5' - 10' bubble around me, I know whether or not if I'm cutting someone in line. With my mental issues the last thing I ever want is to start a negative interaction with a stranger. In my opinion have a mental illness (unless it is truly debilitating, which clearly this woman is not) is no excuse to behavior like this at all. She clearly acting like a victim because she got call out for her shit actions.
