If you’re in the Orange County area and interested in dressage lessons, I’d reach out to Ryan Totkelli (I probably butchered his last name) or Tomas Walker. Both are pretty big names in the area, are absolutely incredible people, and would be able to direct you to suitable stables that are LGBTQ+ safe spaces if they don’t have lesson horses or availability (they very well might not).

With regards to younger kid centric lessons, that’s basically every stable with a focus towards beginners. If this worries you, try and do private lessons or if it’s group lessons, ask for an older demographic if that’s available. As you get more comfortable and experienced, you won’t have to worry about it too much, but for a novice in any sport, it’s really going to be mainly kids for a bit.
