LPT: Think about your day in terms of "Energy management" in place of "Time management"

I have an illness that has progressed to the point where it has forced me to plan out my day based on energy. I know if I go to Costco and Safeway in one day that I'm not going to be playing Pokemon Go walking around the block. I even have to schedule things like sex into my energy bucket.

Learning how much energy each activity takes you is a learning process, you wont be able to just schedule your day around energy till you've done it for a little while.

Long story short, this is excellent advice and makes my day more balanced because I'm not trying to shove so many things into my calendar where I over extend myself. I also feel like I rush a lot less than I used to.
