Matcha Water.... who started this trend?!

I know. Sometimes when people are being just off the charts ridiculous and demanding (40 person lineup and theyre pissed that they cant just walk up to the bar and get their free refill there... I work on a uni campus so its always nonstop) I find myself saying sarcastic and/or rude things after the x time that it happens and have to save it but being SUPER NICE for the rest of the interaction.

But seriously. Sometimes I get so sick of people at this job and I just want to tell them where to put the 2 drinks I just made but they asked to have remade because they forgot to say x y or z. Or refuse to serve them if they can't even tell me what damn size or type of iced tea they want.

Half the interactions go something along the lines of

Barista: hi miss! What can we get for you today?

Customer: I want a shaken iced tea.

B: okay and what kind of tea would you like, passion, green or black?

C: i said I wanted a shaken iced tea

B: yes, but there are three types of tea that you can get. Passion, green, or black.

C: oh. Green tea.

B: okay, and what size would you like?

C: small

B: okay an iced tall green tea and whats your name for the cup?

C: I said small!

B: tall is small, can I have your name for the cup?

C: clueless customer

B: okay thank you clueless customer. Walks over and places marked cup that took a full minute to gather the information to write on the bar and then walks back to take the next order

C: oh wait, can I change that to a medium?

B: annoyed as hell okay an iced grande green tea for clueless customer

C: i said medium!

... and this is the point at which I am going to snap a bitch in half. And about 40% of the customers are exactly like this. Or fuck up their own order because theyre too busy texting and then they start yelling at my partner on the bar.

Im the SS. I must not yell at customers...I must not yell at customers...
