Millennials won’t let go of children’s toys and films – and kids are paying the price

I’m so curious about another perspective about this. I don’t know what to think because I have so many ideas running through my head. I know I love studying this new cultural clash between generations with some corporate greed mashed in the middle. I guess I’ll start with a few questions to get some discussion going.

Is it the responsibility of young adults, especially those without children, to forgo entertainment and experiences to force corporations to innovate new content? Is this a symptom of millennials delaying or forgoing children and thus become a more profitable market to target, driving the direction of our media culture (the author said it herself that parents are cash-strapped)?
