The first thing that comes to mind is . you don't normally report. Crimes to a prosecutor. You report them to a police officer. Who takes a report and if it has merit at all it will be transfered to a detective. Who is assigned the case and he will then interview you and any witnesses . if he then finds there's probable cause they will forward to a prosecutor. Who considers the the police report . detectives findings. And if there is enough evidence. Supporting your "Claims" they will ask a judge to sign a warrentnt for the arrest of the accused.

So first thing id ask is. How did you just call up a prosecutor and how would you even know what what type of prosecutor to call? And assuming you actually got the correct prosecutor on the phone . How were you able to convince said. Prosecutor to go against there obligations to Due Process? Because your ignorant about these things *Due Proccess * is a paper trail showing that all the legal steps have been respected and taken.

With out due process the case is dropped and would never even see a court proceeding But somehow this "prosecutor" that you called actually had you send them your "evidence" as if they would consider this made up case against some poor fool your attempting to ruin.? ( or that would be the case most times girls attempt such a desperate attempt at payback) fact of the matter is. If you all ready had a prosecutors number for some other case possibly involving "said accused" that kind of silly stunt would only end with the prosecutor loosing respect and have them questioning your moral fiber and your honesty as a whole.

Remember: You might be able to sneak a few lies past a cop. But attempting to pass a false claim to a detective or prosecutors . defence attorneys. Lord forbid a Judge. Will fail 97% of the time . These people went through years of training and schooling to learn how to spot a lie. They are listening and observing things that you had no idea even existed On the subject. This is the very basis of there careers. They pride themselves very much so on where. They were Educated and also keep very detailed stats. As to wins and losses. Do you really think your made up little stories that you made up while being excitted . frustrated and furious are going to convince or fool any member of tbe court not to mention all the jury members (If it went that far. Likely NOT) Also remember False Reporting is a crime. And False Reporting of a Falonious crime can can land you with a felony charge of your very own.

Just a few thoughts to remember when seeking revenge on ex boyfriends cause they get mad when you lied or left you when you cheated. .Consider owning your own actions and motives. Otherwise in most cases will look like a complete fraud in the eyes of a court. And do this enough. Or even just having allot of open cases even though your the said "Victim" of these cases. And you are at risk to loose something very very Important. Your name begins to get known and your cases compared to each other and if there shows patterns with your actions. You will quickly loose credibility and trust with the system that you could (lord forbid) one day desperately need and rely on . to save you. Once you credibility is jeperdised or lost.. any half witted deffence attorney could easily. Have most any case dismissed.

Then there's also another way to consider your actions. You are being INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL And that is to all of the hundreds of thousands Actual legitimate Victims of Domestic Violence. Sexual assault. As well as many other crime victims. It is mocking them and making light of the incredible and horrible reality of wich they have no choice but to live with and. Remember. For the rest of there lives. Its truely. Discusting to think that anybody would be such a drama driven lieing PYHCOPATH. To treat these poor people. That never deserved or asked to have that label Victim Put on them.
