Motorcycle vs cyclist road rage

This libertarian use-value logic as to who has a right to use the lane is bs and legally besides the point. They have user right and the onus is on each to preserve life and property, ie avoid collision. The motorcyclist went on the right of the biker to go straight and whether the cyclist was going straight or heaven forbid turning right, the motorcyclist, as the faster vehicle, has an obligation to yield to the cyclist, which is a no motorized pedestrian. I say this as a license motorcyclist in the dangerous ass state of Florida, where I was a full-time cyclist in undergrad due to poverty and only rode a motorcycle in Florida bc of poverty as well.
