My neighbors put their ear to the wall when I am on zoom with my therapist.

I lived in this brand newly remodeled townhouse about 10 years ago. I was the first to live in the unit since remodel. I was about 24 years old at the time. However, I could hear EVERYTHING between our walls on both sides. I relied a lot on fans for white noise and even apps on my phone. I could hear them having sex and like actual conversations in full also, so naturally I knew they could her my business too. I came to the point that I didn't care anymore if they heard my vibrator or not, honestly. They were a weird couple anyways. The people on the other side only shared the downstairs wall so that wasn't an issue as the bedrooms were upstairs. I complained but just rode out my lease overtime. When I moved out, the manager lady who was actually hired after the remodel by the new owners who bought the complex after the "remodel" said they took down the walls and there was ZERO insulation. Like just wood and drywall separating us. Shoddy/shady work and I lived like that for a year turning on my fan on high every time I wanted to rub one out! This lady literally called me to tell me how fucked this walls were AFTER I moved out.
