I need some advice.

(DISCLAIMER - Majority of this information is from experience please correct me if I am wrong but this worked for me and may or may not work for you)

Hey buddy, I suggest you work muscles on different days. I usually work in opposites so: Monday - Chest and triceps, Tuesday/Thursday - Cardio and abs conditioning, Wednesday - Back and biceps, Friday - Legs and Shoulders, This method of training will assist you to feel more accomplished when finishing a workout therefore boosting your mental and leading to more "gainzz" Since you are isolating muscles and dedicating a session purely to them. Important things are to keep your form tight I cannot stress this enough it's so easy to target a completely different muscle just from having terrible form, don't be afraid to ask for advice from others, also don't forget to use the internet. Websites like Youtube, Bodybuilding.com and even r/fitness taught me a tonne. As for your diet; Find out your calorie intake, substitute soft drinks for water and snacks for fruits. Your meal plan should only consist of a big breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks should be fruits and nuts there are a tonne more of healthy options that's just all I can think of. Try do cardio everyday pre or post workout doesn't really matter but I prefer before gets me nice and warm. The distance does not have to be long just enough to get your heart rate going I usually go 1 kilometer or 500m runs but whatever gets you going. On the offical cardio and ab days double your distance. So if I do 500m everyday do 1 kilometer on the cardio specific day. (Also guys I am really sorry about the poor grammar etc. it is 3 in the morning over here and I really cannot be bothered but I thought I would share my advice)
