its true that "sexist bullshit" exists everywhere, but hows that relevant? are you saying that just because we have sexist notions in our society, justifying more sexist notions is acceptable? i would agree with you if two wrongs make a right

But imagine it would be now totally acceptable to go topless as a woman and we started telling women who don't want to go topless that they are prudes and started asking why they wear short skirts and tight tops if they don't want to be topless in the first place.

the reason why your comparison completely falls apart is that muslim women are required to "cover"(what to cover is not specified, which is why it differs between cultures) themselves in regards to the quran. in other words, its not "totally acceptable to go topless" as a muslim woman.

To me forbidding these women to wear a scarf or constantly criticizing them over it seems just like more oppression on top of the whole issue and not helping at all.
