Not just Palestinians and Jordanians, but also Lebanese and Syrians. All these groups collectively form the Levantine people, but in different groups. Syrians, Lebanese, Palestinians and Jordanians all still have developed their own distinct cultures over the ages while maintaining a common lineage.

That is a myth.

What myth? Palestinians have never been expelled from the Levantine coast nor displaced from there. The Romans specifically only targeted Jews during their attempted-genocide and spared non-Jewish people.

There are Arabs, Bedouins, Druze, etc

You know what I meant. Yes there are ethnic minorities, just like in all countries, but there is still one base people.

Americans today identify as Americans not because of their genetics

They have literally no choice, considering that they're all foreign to the Americas. An Anglo-American who traces his ancestry up to the initial founding of the US under Washington is just as foreign to his land as a Mexican immigrant who's moving into Texas today. Hell, I'd argue the Mexican would be more native to the US considering he's more likely to have Native blood in him.

I don't think you know enough about Israelis or Palestinians

Most Palestinians have a specific phenotype. It's true that there are some blonde Palestinians (I guess like Tamimi), but they're a small minority and a remnant of European colonizers from the Crusader states era. Same goes for other variations.

I really think Jews had an opportunity to regain their Levantine genes by simply mixing with Palestinians and others of the region, but now that Palestinians are being ethnically-cleansed and pushed out, Israel will forever be seen as a type of colony like the US and Canada to others in the region.
