Out of curiosity how much is a Gamestop share “supposed” to be worth?

Price/Value is hard to define.

People are willing to pay $175-225 a share for it as is, which puts GME market cap around 12.2-15.75BN, which isn't far off when they pulled in 6B in rev in FY2020. Even on the highside of the valuation, thats still 2.6 Price-to-Sales (TTM).which is within the average range for S&P 500. And these numbers are for what media and analysts have called a dying retail business, affected by the pandemic, and with serious business model flaws.

Fundamentally, they have a strong balance sheet, reducing debt, and cash on hand, they are showing strong revs, and are in a great transitional period. They just hired two former Amazon Directors, one of web design/customer UI, and one for supply chain/distribution.

I think Gamestop's primary focus will be to provide the friendly customer storefront between customers and the gaming manufacturers who have faced supply chain issues. Nvidia GPUs, Sony PS5s, Microsoft Xbox's, etc.

After the transition, business model revamp, customer service overhaul, and supply/distribution solutions implemented, I could easily see revenues increasing significantly.

$200 a share is, IMO, a fair value based off today's fundamentals, without short sale suppression. Factor in the chance of a short squeeze at anytime, and the value today goes up exponentially.
