People try looting into fedex truck and someone gets dragged.

He didn’t make it up, it’s covered in the news story I just linked. The rioters were already looting packages, and had pointed a gun at the driver. The looters are the ones responsible for the dragged man’s death, as they gave the driver every reason to legally flee, as he did and had a right to do. The dragged man was also likely in the position he was in because he was participating in the violent looting, else he’d have no reason to be in there. The driver is blameless, the looters should catch murder charges.
