People who actually love their jobs: how and why?

Brand rep for an ice cream manufacturer. Handle several states, company vehicles plus expense account. Utilize a distribution network so don’t have to worry about day to day issues regarding delivery and payment. Big enough company but still small enough where you can text or call owners any time. Great family owned company who actually truly do care about their employees.

On road / home office with no one else in territory so no one necessarily looking over shoulder. Ownership puts a ton of trust to do the right thing - set own schedule, etc

Less money than previous direct sales positions but guaranteed salary plus bonus rather than all commission.

Very high quality product… and it’s ice cream so 99.999% of the time it’s putting a smile on someone’s face.
