All of these mood stabilisers and anti-psychotics CAN affect libido in some way. For some people they may not but for others it can shut it down.

I’ve been on these types of mental health medications in one form or another for twenty years since I was a teenager and my libido has been zero that whole time. So much so that when you talk about your sex life and such, it’s an alien concept to me at this stage, I almost forgot that was a thing.

If this is important to you then talk to your doctor but the truth is a lot of these medications have side effects like this, Bipolar is getting towards the top end of Mental Illness and the medications are pretty strong.
