Probably because he's never been convicted. Charges were dropped each time.

The 2015 charges were filed because he allegedly "viewed and stored a video of a scantily clad 14-year-old girl 'twerking' in front of a camera and exchanged sexually explicit text messages with her when he was 18". The actual arrest though, was for a completely unrelated incident, where he later got into a scuffle with police at the station. The child porn charges seem to have been tacked on as a prosecution tactic, before ultimately being dropped for lack of evidence.
