If Muslims are going to run a subreddit while posing as white supremacists, obviously they're not going to moderate it the way they do at /r/Europe, pretending to be SJWs and removing all links critical of Islam.
On a "right-wing" subreddit where Muslims pretend to be white supremacists, the pro-Islamic propaganda will be a bit different, like it is on /r/European.
So what they do on these "right-wing" subreddits is play up antisemitism and white supremacy, knowing that antisemitism favors Islam and Muslims, and white supremacism doesn't really help Infidels, because there are plenty of white Muslims that can safely move among them.
