Rockstar Claims at 1080p@60 with GTX 660 or AMD 7870,

To be fair, what most here forget is the value of PS+ titles, you like it or not but getting up to 70 free games for your PS3/4 and Vita is unprecendented. At an avg. price of €10 per title(AAA on the PS3 and Indies on PS4/Vita) ... that has a value of €700 per year, that you get from Sony (plus/minus).

PlayStation 3/4/Vita YEAR 1 - €800 - €60 1 year PS+ - €700 gift, value = 70 free games each year - €900 15x retail games (AAA) day 1, €60 each - 800 + 60 + 900 - 700 = €1060 for 3 system, 15 retail games and 70 free games year one.

PlayStation 3/4/Vita YEAR 2 - €60 1 year PS+ - €700 gift, value = 70 free games each year - €900 15x retail games (AAA) day 1, €60 each - 60 + 900 - 700 = €1320 for 3 system, 15 retail games and 70 free games year two.

PlayStation 3/4/Vita YEAR 3 - €60 1 year PS+ - €700 gift, value = 70 free games each year - €900 15x retail games (AAA) day 1, €60 each - 60 + 900 - 700 = €1580 for 3 system, 15 retail games and 70 free games year three.

PlayStation 3/4/Vita YEAR 5 - €60 1 year PS+ - €700 gift, value = 70 free games each year - €900 15x retail games (AAA) day 1, €60 each - 60 + 900 - 700 = €2100 for 3 system, 15 retail games and 70 free games year five.

PlayStation 3/4/Vita YEAR 6 - €60 1 year PS+ - €700 gift, value = 70 free games each year - €900 15x retail games (AAA) day 1, €60 each - 60 + 900 - 700 = €2360 for 3 system, 15 retail games and 70 free games year six.

PC Year 1 (not incl. are steam sales, gog that would inflate the numbers a bit) - €1000 (good solid pc that will last 3+ years + incl. monitor, because you do more than just gaming, unless you don´t mind using the magnifier on your HDTV to write/chat) - €600 15x retail games (AAA) day 1, €40 each - 1000 + 600 = €1600 for 1 system, 15 retail games and no free games year one.**

PC Year 5 - €600 15x retail games (AAA) day 1, €40 each - 600 = €4000 for 1 system, 15 retail games and no free games year five.**

PC Year 6 - €400 gpu upgrade? - €600 15x retail games (AAA) day 1, €40 each - 600 = €5000 for 1 system, 15 retail games and no free games year six.**

... and so on. If you remove the PS3 and Vita from the formula, going PS4 only will be as bad as going PC exclusively. Now you might say : "We buy our games month after release for a tenner..." .. thing is console games can too! To be fair tough, lets just assume that those 15 games every year have a GTA5 charme and need to be played day 1.

If you GO PC exclusive, be sure to BUY your game as cheap as possible! Going full price > in the long consoles are cheaper (due annual benefits, free games and what not else).
