I think Chey and Corey aren’t well liked because they portray themselves as living extravagant lives, and that doesn’t really fit in with the Teen Mom franchise.

They’re the fancy couple that swans in 2 hours late for what was supposed to be a short get together. You have to be nice in order to be a gracious host, but after they start showboating, you want to kick them out.

But you can’t. Because they’re aggressively attractive, and you know that being mean to them would make you the recipient of people’s ire.

But, I agree with you, OP! Corey is never happy for anyone but himself, so he’s obviously gonna be salty at his ex’s “sex” reveal.
