Those of you with FULL COVERAGE auto insurance, what are you paying a month, what do you drive, and who do you go through?

110 seems high but not outright absurd. I'm paying Progressive 66/mo ($400 semiannual payments) on a 2016 Focus ST, also 28 with a clean record. I have a $550/year motorcycle policy with them as well so I probably have somewhat lower rates due to a multi-vehicle discount. I can't quantify the effect of that discount but if you do the math I'm pretty much paying the same monthly premium as you for 50% more wheels. Try to keep all your insurance with the same company. Even if you only have one car most companies will give you a discount if you bundle homeowners or renters insurance.

I'm actually paying a little bit less on this Focus than the 2003 Escape that it replaced. If I had to guess, I'd say that SUVs have higher premiums because they have potentially higher losses due rollover risk and the fact that they are bigger and can do more damage when smashing into things/creatures.

Also keep in mind that more than just your car and driving record affect your rates - location, employment history, credit rating etc all play a role. You can't really draw direct comparisons between what you and others pay unless you know more than just what they drive and how often they bin it.
