TIL Katie Hopkins intentionally gained and lost 42 pounds to prove "fat people are just lazy"

June 2013 to September 2014, I bulked up from 160 to 192 lbs. Even though I was working out almost every day, by the end of my bulk I had increased my BF% by 5% - from 13% to 18%. I was eating upwards of 4000 calories - 1200 more calories than I should have been eating.

At the end of September 2013 until the first week of Novemeber 2013, I went on a cut and reduced my calorie intake by 55-60%/reduced my sugar intake by 95%. I lost ALL of the fat I had gained in MERE weeks.

Since then, as messed up as it is, I fantasize about trading bodies with fat, obese, and morbidly obese people, as long as I am guaranteed to survive, and helping them reduce their BF% the same way I did my own body in the above mentioned period - eating less, eating less sugar, cooking more, and working out.

I mean, I literally lost 30lbs in 6 weeks. Even if 5-8 lbs of it was water weight, losing upwards of 25lbs in 6 weeks or 4.25 per week is a personal feat and a testament to how easy weightloss truly is. Since then I have begun prostelyizing eating nutritious food versus calorie and suar dense food, eating adequatly (counting calories), and working out. Especially working out. I have currently managed to help 5 people in my life lose a total of 200 lbs, give or take a 10-15 lbs. However, there have been failures...to launch as well. For every person I have helped, I have failed to convince 10-20 other people, largely because they just didnt care due to the "effort" it required and them not believing me. As a teacher, Ill be honest with you, it doubly hurts when I fail to convince someone. All I can think of is, how can you ruin the greatest gift the universe has given you, your body.

I will never judge a person for their lifestyle choices, but Rah and Amun damn it is it not heart breaking to see other humans willfully destroy their own body.
