Considering this guy is a massive racist, I'm assuming he's unashamedly rude. I'm sure in his work as an Uber/Lyft driver that was an even bigger issue. I'm not going to argue with you about the hypothetical employment of a random stranger that surely neither of us knows though.

Personal experience: I was a pizza delivery driver for a short time in college. We had one really shit driver. The other drivers knew he was shit because he told us, but somehow the manager never caught wind. On probably every third delivery would duck off to smoke a joint en route, which would add 10-15 min at least. He also had a tendency to take small items when ordered, like if there were 3 pizzas and an order of wings the wings would "go missing", and he said he never delivered individual drinks. I went back a few years later and he was still working there.
