Tummy talk!

I feel that anyone can get down to that look with enough effort, baring medical conditions and such, however its pretty personal at what body fat percept you need to fall down to. I don't tend to store much fat around my waist at all, however the bit that there will stubbornly stay there so I'll have a kind of soft but flat stomach until I get down to maybe 16% body fat, only then do I start to have the toned look your talking about. However some people, with similar amounts of muscle mass will show it more at 18-19% even. So though some of it is down to genetics, its not a matter of possible or not, just a matter of when.

You may find though that the weight you have to drop down to get some ab definition is too low for you, I know I am more comfortable around 18-20% and at first I hated wearing crop tops until one day it finally just clicked that I really don't care what everyone else thinks lol. I now have a weird habit now that when I am going out and I feel bloated or fat, I'll rock a crop top just to remind myself to own it and be proud of my body no matter what.

I feel if you work out your abs a bit more, or try to incorporate a lot of lifting where you need to stabilize yourself, think squats or standing OHP you may get some more definition at a heavier weight but it would honestly take a very long time and effort to build up enough muscle that it would make a really noticeable difference to you.

My advise would be to try tracking everything you eat for a week or so, if you don't like tracking you don't have to forever, but its good to get an idea of what a healthy diet looks like for you, because if I'm not careful I will trick myself into thinking I'm being good but in reality I've really missed my mark. You could also try tracking your bf% which is for me the best indicator of where I am in terms of abs or not.
