What are some of your best experiences with your brother?

When I left for college, I left with a distaste for my brother. Everything he did annoyed me. We didn't get along, we never hung out, we never did things together, we weren't very "brotherly".

After about 2 years of school, I really couldnt explain what happened but something definitely did. Whenever I came home, which was around 1 weekend a month i found my brother and I actually talking. Almost excited to go home and see him and tell him a funny story or show him some cool shit I bought. And to also see what was going on with him. Then that involved to me inviting him up to our college house for parties. As a high school senior he was pumped to go to a college party. I introduced him to my friends and some chicks and every one liked him. This really strengthened our bond because I think for the first time i was actually able to be a "big brother". I looked out for him, made sure he was having fun, and no one was fucking with him. He started to come up more and more often and I always made sure he was hooked up and he was my main priority. He started going to college and I was able to be his guide, I gave him my old ID and i told him what to do with friends/chicks/parties, and it felt good to be able to do that for him.

we both ended up graduating at the same time, ( he did some two year program), and we both moved back home. At this point we were basically hanging out all the time. With some exceptions, if one of us were going to a social gathering the other was sure to follow. We would also just hang around the house drink beer and play video games and our relationship just kind of flourished.

Now we have both bought a condo and are currently living in it together. I love my brother, I could not imagine living with anything else. He is truly my best friend and one of the most fun motherfuckers I know to hang out with. That fucking kid means the world to me.
