Ehh, let's be honest obesity is often sold as "I don't like it because it's not healthy" while in reality people just don't like it because they think it's ugly.

The same people who dislike obesity will typically have nothing against other unhealthy things they don't consider ugly like say high heels, smoking, sunbathing, corsets—it's just ugly because it's ugly and even if it didn't have a high morbidity risk people would still think it's ugly.

Well, sort of. Someone who is obese carries a source of energy that takes or gives like any other human. You can feel that tangible effect in how it personally affects your existence Pre-reality (in duality) some people aren't easy to be around and some people are. On the mundane level people only that conscious might judge someone who is obese based on their appearance. However the material outlook doesn't have as much effect on a persons tolerance meter. It's much easier not to like something like high heels, smoking, sunbathing, corsets, etc on the material level because they're not living things.
