Physical damage:

I was ~10-12 and went to the neighborhood next to mine that I wasn't allowed to play in. I found a razor blade in the road and picked it up thinking I could make a cool weapon or something out of it. I come home and my father knew I had went there and was waiting.

He pulls me inside and up to the bedroom and I knew I was getting a spanking. I frantically tried to hide the razor that was in my back pocket; only to push down on it and slice my finger wide open. He screams at me "are you serious??" as he frantically runs me downstairs to the bathroom to bandage and wrap my finger. After it is bandaged he takes my arm and pulls me back upstairs and to my room. The spanking starts but his hand gets sore. He looks around for something else and finds a wooden tomahawk I had got from a Braves game a few years ago and starts using that instead. After a while it broke against me. Honestly I'm kinda annoyed about this because I loved that thing, it was one of the very few mementos I had from my father doing things with us. (Taking us to a baseball game)

Emotional damage:

I was in 8th grade and honestly I don't remember what it was about but it was with my childhood friend (who I had fought with previous years in a somewhat playful way for ice cream money ((turns out hispanics in that neighborhood I wasn't allowed to go in would pay us to fight it out in front of them)). I am ~80% sure it was about a girl who I was interested in and he kept disrespecting me in front of her and I just snapped and pushed him against the lockers.

He beat me. In front of her no less. At the time I wasn't ok with losing. I just kept getting back up and trying again. It took getting put down 4 times before I halfway stood up and it just sank in; I just can't win this. I was defeated in front of everyone.

Non serious ones:

I was in martial arts in my early teens and while sparring a black belt got the bright idea to just catch one of his kicks (He was a very "kicky" person). What I didn't think about was what to do once I had it. He however knew exactly what to do and a small hop forward on his part and I'm taking punches to the face while I'm holding his leg like an idiot.
