What's a fair division of labour?

I’m currently stay at home and my husband has a very flexible job at home.

I do 100% of baby’s feedings, naps, bedtime, etc. It’s really only on special occasions that he does childcare for baby, like when I had a particularly hard night, or this week I had a massage booked as a gift. The only recurring, planned care that he provides is once a week I go to the gym and he takes baby, then.

I am also the one doing the dishes and laundry 95% of the time. We have a housekeeper who comes once a month. Everything else house-related (lawn care, maintenance) is on hubby. He does 95% of the grocery shopping, meal planning and meal prep.

We have a little bit of different circumstances because my husband has 3 kids from a previous relationship who are with us 50% of the time. That’s why the balance of baby is so far on me. He has 3 other little humans to take care of! But even on days that we don’t have the big kids, the balance for baby’s care is still mostly on me.
