What's the most aggressive cut you've ever done? How did it go?

I don't know where you are when it comes to weight but the other numbers are just like myself: ~2800Cal TDEE but only eating ~1500Cal 6 days a week with one day being ~2300Cal. Our only major difference is that I also lift 5-6 days a week.

It can be tough and with my workouts feeling lethargic and/or light headed in the afternoons is not uncommon. For me it seems like the caloric deficit has impacted my sleep cycle. I'm lucky if I can sleep until the sun rises regardless of when I go to sleep. It's like my body is forcing me awake to go hunt down some food, lol.

I don't know that I'd recommend doing such an extreme cut. It's certainly not for the weak willed. I've been doing it for ~8 months now and I've gone from ~306lbs down to 195lbs and gained a fair amount muscle with my lift numbers increasing pretty quickly up until recently. I'm starting to suspect that I've hit my body's limit on the "noob gains" and will only lean out (and possibly start losing some strength) from keeping up the same program for too much longer.

Just my experience I'd thought I'd share since it sounds like you're on a similar path.
