I’m out on the beach/in the ocean, hiking in the woods, enjoying my income and lifestyle after recovering from an extremely abusive long-term relationship that drained me emotionally and financially.

I just lost my dad this past October and it has really shifted my priorities and dating strategy. I’m looking for quality over quantity for dating and want to find a woman who is responsible, has strong communication skills, is physically active, healthy, emotionally and financially stable, has hobbies she enjoys (and ideally a few in common with me) and is looking to team up to start a family after we enjoy a few years together traveling and getting to know each other.

I’ve done a reasonable amount of therapy to cope with my prior experiences and am just enjoying myself and focusing on family, hobbies and and a fulfilling career. Women at bars, clubs, and concerts that I meet don’t seem to be what I’m looking for any more. Can’t speak for any other men, so take this single datapoint for what it is.
