2 years of T said f*ck you to my feminine shoulder-to-hip ratio

I'm only 8 weeks in, but already see (what seem like huge, to me) changes in the shape of my torso, making my hips less pronounced; I have more abdominal muscle between my ribs and hips.

I was going to physical therapy three times a week before I started T to keep mobile with a back injury, so I think my exercise routine is the key factor for me. I don't work out for long, but I try to do it most days, if only for 5-15 minutes. To do all of them, you'll need resistance things like this, which are cheap on right wish.com now. A foam roller is a good thing to have, too (you can find better priced ones than that).

I can share my workout, but I really recommend y'all get a personal trainer for at least one session, because there are a lot of ways to to it wrong, and I don't want anyone to get hurt trying to follow the exercises I've had professionals supervise me do for years. If you can't, there are a lot of instructional videos online. I am not a personal trainer.

I think the easiest way to get into working out is to start really small - like power walking quickly for 5 minutes a day. That's where I started, and I can now power walk for at least 45 minutes, and am able to jog for almost a full minute!
