I am the Morninghead guy. In the last year after Shark Tank, I helped my buddy start a company that's now processing over $350 million/yr. Tell us your idea and we'll tell you how to grow it with zero cash (like my last AMA, we'll answer every single question today). AUA!

Hey /u/Shreddor mad props to your success with Morninghead!

Quick Background:

I'm an entrepreneur in the PC Gaming space. I've built several successful pieces of software that are sold online via Steam as well as their own websites. A couple well known things I've done are to create Dimmdrive and CPUCores and I was the founding CEO of Wowhead.com. I've also founded several other small companies. I am about to launch a new Windows 10 privacy product as well.

My question:

I'm looking to raise funding to work on more projects, as well as some BIG projects. My dream is to "break out" of the smaller projects and start work on some of the bigger ideas I have, with these bigger projects requiring moderately substantial amount of funding.

My issue is that I have no idea how to attract an investor / group of investors. I have an extensive history of solid executions and the ability to lead something from the initial concept to the full execution, so, on paper, I think I would have what it takes. My BIG projects are well documented with a strong business case built for each. The problem is that I have no idea how to get these pieces of paper in front of the right people.

How could I go about raising funding? I can demonstrate a clear history of success with small start-ups, have extensive leadership skills, a knack for business, and an extensive technical background. Things like "Check your local SCORE office" and "talk to your banker" and "talk to your lawyer" and "try using angel.co" just don't seem very useful :p

I've even thought about wrapping my software products into 1 new company and pairing that up with some immense funding and starting to work on new products. But I have no idea how to go about doing that.

In short, I fucking love building products that help technology/PC gaming enthusiasts. I just need to find the people to actually tell this to and then have them hand me bags of money so I can get to work on big things.

HALP! :)
