Anthem: 8 Minutes of Freeplay Expedition Gameplay (World Events, Lore, and Bosses) - IGN First

I agree with you, but I think there's a balance inbetween that the devs are missing from what i've seen in this video.

The Lesser Ash Titan and the Usrix both looked like they could barely keep up with the players, and the Titan in particular was moving and reacting like it was half asleep. I think both of those fights could be interesting if they had less health (just a little bit less, maybe 15-20% ish) and more moves that could actually put the players at risk. Obviously this is easier said than done, but as is, these enemies don't look like they can even touch a halfway competent player, while also having an unnecessarily inflated health bar.

Perhaps make the Titan's Orbs home faster but with less accuracy, and do more damage? Make the Usrix's rocks do more shield damage and also knock the players down slightly? I'm no game designer but it seems like there are slight number tweaks that could go a long way.
