I agree with this. Even those of us with children that don’t have special needs rely a lot on family/friends. You need a support system. Even if they can only do an hour or two. It’ll go a long way in providing you relief.

Sometimes you just have to accept that this is the season you’re both in. Some things are unavoidable. Once he’s completed his study program and can generate more income it should balance things out for you. Until then you’ll have to devise a better game plan.

Is it worth him waking up when you wake up and just showering together? That can help improve your intimacy, without the pressure to be in the ‘mood’.

Seek support please. You’re both dealing with a lot.
