Dept of Ed to select a single company to service its $1.2 Trillion in loans

I have plenty of contacts that work in almost every major federal department, so don't worry about me and my understanding.

I also don't hate anyone nor am I inherently biased against any administration, or looking for hot takes.

It's people like you and your blanket assumptions that prevent anything from progressing. Just because I criticize your naive outlook doesn't mean I'm a die-hard republican or democrat.

I'm simply disputing your assumption that this decision, which involves something as variable as human decision making is somehow consistent across very different administrations.

As we know there are 5 companies involved in this final phase. The idea that between these 5 companies there are no discernible differences or possibility for multiple outcomes is...it's naive, it's ignorant, it's sad really.

Until the final decision is made, and we have transparency about how the money is distributed, who it goes through, and that incredibly complex web of transactions, we won't know who truly benefits.

I'm not saying it's a scam. I'm not declaring anything about the outcome other than it is most certainly going to be different under Trump than Clinton. I didn't say better or worse.

Just stop trying to spread this nonsense about Trump's administration having their hands tied. That's a bogus excuse.
