Had a cop pull this shit on me. I was trying to move over, but as I slowed down, the other lane was backed up and also slowing down at the same rate of speed. Rolling by at 35, finally see his lights as he had pulled in front of a broke down car with the hood up facing the wrong way only 100 yards before I go by. When he jumped out like this dipshit, I put up my arms and pointed to the left. I had no clue what traffic was slowing down for while initially doing 76 (had out of state weed) in a 75, but I could see the car on the left. I had my blinker on to move over, but it just wasn't happening that day before we came upon them. He really should have just let the car owner do his thing and not try to be the mechanic hero jumping into oncoming traffic. Thankfully, I was not pulled over.
