Imo, you should never wish death on anyone, it's just bad karma waiting to come back and bite you in the ass. That being said, if one of them got hit and bled out... well that's just the consequences of their actions and just deserts.

Personally I'm glad that none of them dropped dead right there for a few reasons. Firstly I just really don't want to see someone die on camera, but the other reasons are that the home owner might have actually gotten into a lot of trouble if one did. They were outside the fence when the final shot when off and already running, a lot of places in the US would not consider that self defense, so really it's for the best that he didnt leave any immediately fatal wounds.
