i went through your post history (and even commented on n64 stuff because of it) and what your wife have is not the anxiety + depression + adhd combo, it’s something else. she has clear anger issues and tries to emotionally manipulate everyone around her (the daddy hates mommy thing she said to your child made me very uncomfortable), she probably has a disorder of some sort that is much deeper than depression

PROBABLY the reason why she is stuck in this condition is what many others here said - she is not responding to the treatment because it is not the right treatment for what she has

but remember that even if they find out what she has and she treats it, this will be forever a trait of hers, this is not something easy to change specially for her age. please protect yourself and the kids, specially the kids, because she is a ticking bomb around them ready to mess them up for life. please please keep them safe and protected from this situation, they are in the age where the traumas are created and they get very hard to deal with from now on. remind them that this is not their fault and you are here to make them safe, and you are trying to help mom as long as she accepts help
